I turned 27 over the weekend! Or as someone commented on the gram – twenty slay-ven! Full on adult status. I spent the few days before and after my birthday roaming around Los Angeles, and it was a lot of fun. I’ll have a post later this week about all my adventures and suggestions, but today I’m sharing the two dresses I wore on my birthday!
Daytime Stripes
During the day, I wanted a dress that would be eye-catching, but also extremely comfortable since we were going to the Griffith Observatory. This trapeze dress fit the bill perfectly! It has pretty blue stripes, and a ruffled neckline that grabbed a lot of attention from strangers. Plus, it’s super loose so I had a lot of space for me to eat and drink my fill! Oh. And it has pockets. Pockets!! Literally the perfect daytime birthday dress.
Sexy Gingham
For the evening, I decided to try the trendy gingham print in a sexy silhouette. I’ve been seeing gingham everywhere but for some reason it just didn’t resonate with me into daywear. This dress hugged the few curves that I have, but was also extremely comfortable. Perfect for our A-M-A-Z-I-N-G seven course dinner at Nobu!
Happy belated birthday, I am so glad that you had a wonderful birthday. I love the two dresses that you wore. The first one is definitely something that I would wear because of the flair, room,no clinging, pockets and length. The second one I have to shed some pounds to wear but very sexy and cute. Your facial expressions show that you had a lovely time.
Happy birthday babes, You looked great.
Creative style to spice up the whole outifit. You looked so good, & wishing you the very best in life.
